Agreement to Terms

By using Elite Laundry services located at M B PATEL FARM, Vavol-kolavada Road, Vavol, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elite Laundry. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice.

Our Services

Laundry Services

Washing, drying, and folding of clothes and textiles
Dry cleaning for delicate and special fabrics
Ironing and pressing services
Pickup and delivery services within our service area

Service Areas

We provide services in Gandhinagar, Gujarat and surrounding areas. Specific delivery areas and charges may vary based on location.

Customer Responsibilities

Item Preparation

Check pockets for personal items before service
Inform us of stains and special care requirements
Separate delicate items and provide care instructions

Payment & Pickup

Payment due upon delivery or pickup
Items must be collected within 30 days
Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

Liability & Limitations

Important Disclaimer

While we take utmost care in handling your items, Elite Laundry’s liability is limited to the actual cleaning cost or replacement value, whichever is lower.

We Are Not Liable For:

Items left in pockets (money, jewelry, documents, etc.)
Damage to items with pre-existing wear or defects
Shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric deterioration
Items not collected within 30 days (storage fees apply)
Consequential or indirect damages

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any single item is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge or ₹5,000, whichever is lower. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment due upon delivery completion
Accepted: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer
Late payment fees may apply after 7 days

Service Standards & Timeline

Regular Service

24-48 hours for standard washing and cleaning

Dry Cleaning

3-5 business days for specialized dry cleaning

Express Service

Same-day service available for urgent items

Service Delays

While we strive to meet our standard timelines, delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, or high demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Termination & Dispute Resolution

Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Elite Laundry reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of terms.
